How to Report and
Document an Issue

Tenants should be contacting management and maintenance for each complaint or issue that they are having. You should be collecting evidence that you tried to address this with management the correct way. It may be tedious, but this is important if you choose to go to Code Enforcement or pursue legal actions later.

If you receive no contact from management or maintenance in 24-48 hours of reporting your problem, contact code enforcement.

If code enforcement is closed, leave them a voicemail or email.
Code enforcement will want evidence of the issue and any other record you have collected during Step One.

If you have followed the steps above and still cannot get your issue resolved, please reach out to us! We will keep record of your complaints and follow up with you and assist you in any way we can.
